Hey Folks,

I find myself in a very fortunate situation, at least that's how I'm looking at it, a very dear friend has given me a great opportunity to further enrich my knowledge and financial situation by getting my a job in the IT department of his company. The good thing is, he's their CTO which made getting the job a synch, the not so good news is that he wants to give me more responsibility and I don't know as much as I should.

To my credit, I will say I know my way around a PC, I've taken a part a few, and when I wasn't sure about something I've Googled it or asked people that would know for answers. I pick up things fairly quickly, although if you talk jargon I'm usually lost at first. Obviously I knew enough so that my friend felt confident to give me a job in the IT department, which by the way it's just him and I.

Anyway, the company purchased two of your video subscriptions, Learn Exchange and Learn Windows 2003, for which I'm very grateful but the topics, I feel, are a bit ahead of me; ergo my questions / request.

For a beginner like myself, that has the Videos I mentioned above, are there any beginners-beginners video or material I could get my hands on?

I don't expect you to pack a lifetime of experience into a video or several videos, but if there's a site or a helpful book(s) for beginners I would be grateful

Thank you in advance.

Peace
Jose Antonio
