I'm logging into my Exchange server (using a testbed) and, when I use OWA, it isn't asking who I am. Is it that way for all users? What if I want to log in as someone else?

You may have ISA authentication running. If you hit it from an external (from your network) machine you would get prompted for login.

Look at this:

https://www.microsoft.com/technet/isa/2000/isafp1/owaps.mspx

It appears under the heading "Configuring the OWA Server" look at step #3

Also look at the heading "Configuring ISA Authentication screening"

Good luck!
