Move mailbox command error

Hi!

I have a Move-Mailbox command specified as:

Move-Mailbox -TargetDatabase "Target Server\First Storage Group\Mailbox Database" -Identity john -GlobalCatalog GC01.fabrikam.com -SourceForestGlobalCatalog GC02.contoso.com -NTAccountOU "OU=OrgUnit01,OU=Users,OU=RGE,OU=Americas,DC=fabrikam,DC=com" -MaxThreads 10 -SourceForestCredential $SourceCredential -TargetForestCredential $TargetCredential

I have a current problem that it creates a new User ID in the target domain instead of attaching to an existing user ID.

Please help? Thank you!
