Need help adding an additional @domain.com to exchange sbs 2003

I'm new to exchabge server sbs 2003 and need to know how to add an additional @domain.com for recieving email. I recieve mail at my email address ame@cnsclvd.com just fine but also need to recieve mail at my ame@cnscert.com and have it forwarded automatically to my ame@cnsclvd.com address. I need to know how to add the @cnscert.com to exchange to be able to recieve the email sent to that account. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Hi ATrain,

It's easy -
1. Make sure that your DNS Provider has the MX record for the new domain pointing to your public address of your Exchange server. I doubt you are running your OWN public DNS servers - so you may need your Internet Providers assistance for this.

2. On the Exchange Server - use Exchange System Manager to navigate Recipients | Recipient Policies | Default Policy and add the domain @cnscert.com to the list. This will allow your Exchange server to accept mail for this domain

3. Make sure that your user in Active Directory Users and Computers has the address ame@cnscert.com on it

Grant, hi,

From Davis, CA, I have attempted to add a second domain to my email, but I have no ultimate success. I can make the change in Recipient Policies, and it shows up in my User accounts (and I do have the proper MX record in place for the new domain), but all email to the new domain is bounced back with a 550 error. ???
